Trawangan is the largest and most populated of the three Gilis. Lonely Planet recently referred to it as, “A paradise of global repute, ranking as one of Indonesia’s top destinations”. During the day, stroll along the main strip to enjoy various boutiques, restaurants and spas. Enjoy a game of beach volleyball on Trawangan’s white sand beaches, visit the turtle sanctuary or take a bike cruise and watch the sunset over Bali's Agung volcano. Trawangan is truly a holiday paradise.
Via Bali By Speedboat – Several fast boat companies operate from various ports in Bali and run trips twice a day. They depart from Amed, Padang Bai, Sanur, Serangan and Benoa and most offer free transport from your hotel to the departure pier. Ocean crossing time depends on weather and sea conditions but takes between 2 – 3 hours.
By Helicopter – Air Bali offers to fly you directly to Gili Trawangan. The heliport is based on the south tip of Bali (at Benoa) and hotel pick up service is included. The flight takes roughly 45 minutes.
Via Lombok By Speedboat – We are happy to arrange a boat transfer from Lombok. This trip usually takes about 20 minutes. Once on Gili Trawangan, ask for 'Kelapa Villas' and make your way to Villa Cinta via horse carriage for about IDR 100,000.
